Dr. Eunice M’Mboga was born in 1968. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration
(Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource
Management option), a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management and a
Diploma in Personnel Management.
She is a holder of Corporate Governance, Senior Management Course (SMC) and Strategic
Leadership and Development Program (SLDP). She is a practicing member of the Institute
of Human Resource Management and a full member of IHRM.
She joined the TVET CDACC Governing Council on 3rd May, 2023 as the representative of
the Principal Secretary of the National Treasury.
